What Is a Hair Regimen?

A hair regimen is the weekly, biweekly or monthly routine you carry out for your hair. It essentially encompasses four elements: washing, moisturising and styling. Establishing these four aspects will set a platform from which your can create routines for trimming, deep conditioning and other treatments. Depending on how often you wash, moisturise and style your hair may determine how often you may need to trim your ends or deep condition. 

Remember: the key to a successful regimen is consistency.
